We want as many schools as possible running on Sena from day one — so for a limited time, we're removing the cost barrier entirely.

Any school that joins our waitlist before August 31, 2026 gets a full year of our Standard plan (normally 200,000 XAF/year) at no charge. That covers the finance module, announcements, parent portal access, and everything in our core plan besides — a full year to get your staff, teachers, students and parents comfortable with the platform before you ever pay us anything.

There's no catch. Join the waitlist, and once you're onboarded we'll set your school up on the Standard plan ourselves, free, for the first year. After that, you're on whichever plan actually fits your school's size — no surprise charges, no auto-renewal traps.
